Abstract Guideline

8th B.A.D.CON 2026 Abstract Submission Guideline

8th B.A.D.CON 2026 invites original, high-quality abstracts in all areas of dermatology. We welcome contributions from dermatologists, including residents and early-career practitioners, in order to showcase a diverse range of expertise. Submissions should highlight innovative and impactful work in dermatology, reflecting the cutting edge of the field. Interdisciplinary approaches and emerging fields are strongly encouraged. Whether you are reporting groundbreaking research findings, a unique case, or a new application of technology in dermatology, your contribution is valued. Join us in advancing the future of dermatology – submit your abstract and share your expertise with colleagues from all over the country & around the world.

General Submission Requirements:

  • All abstracts must be written in English. Please ensure the text is clear, concise, and free of spelling or grammatical errors. Proofread carefully – accepted abstracts will be published exactly as submitted, with no copy-editing, so any errors will appear in the final program. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all data reported.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by March 31, 2026 through the official email address of 8th B.A.D.CON (8thbadcon@gmail.com).
  • The abstract text (body) should not exceed 300 words, not including the title or author information.
  • Generic names must be used for all drugs and products; brand names, commercial drug names, or company names are strictly prohibited in the abstract title or text.
  • Abbreviations should be defined at first mention
  • References not to be included
  • No Tables/Figures are allowed
  • 3–5 keywords (if required separately)

Abstract Format and Structure:

For consistency and clarity, authors are advised to structure the content of the abstract as follows:

  • For Research Studies (clinical or investigative research), organize the abstract into Introduction/Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • For Case Reports or Case Series, Use a slightly different structure: Introduction/Background, Observations (Case Description), and Key Message (Conclusion).
  • Tense of the text of different sections should be as below:
    - Introduction/Background & objective: present
    - Methods & results: past
    - Conclusion: present

Finally, please note that by presenting at 8th B.A.D.CON 2026, you are contributing to a global exchange of dermatological knowledge.
